As we expand our footprint, Endeavor Schools has an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Assurance Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of Revenue Assurance Specialists and Agency Specialists. This role involves overseeing all aspects of revenue and billing assurance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across multiple regions. The Revenue Assurance Manager will work closely with the VP of Business Operations, CFO, and COO to standardize and centralize billing and reporting functions. This position requires a proactive leader who can provide technical assistance, conduct quality assurance, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement in the monthly revenue cycle.


Essential Tasks:

 

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Revenue Assurance, Agency and Integrations & Training Specialists.
  • Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.


Revenue and Billing Oversight:

  • Oversee the preparation, compilation, posting of tuition charges, and distribution of statements.
  • Ensure accurate posting and processing of tuition payments.
  • Review monthly billing audits and school-level quality assurance checks.
  • Manage compliance with all discount policies and ensure proper documentation.
  • Complete recurring activities, review and analysis for month-end close, family and agency receivables, and overall revenue quality assurance.
  • Provide coordination, support, and guidance during onboarding, routine training, and the integration process


Process Improvement:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of operating policies and procedures.
  • Standardize and centralize billing and reporting functions to improve efficiency.
  • Audit current procedures to monitor and enhance the efficiency of billing and collections operations.


Technical Assistance and Reporting:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to School Leaders and team members.
  • As needed, generate and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure all payments are properly posted and accounted for.


Customer and Stakeholder Relations:

  • Serve as a knowledge resource for billing-related inquiries from revenue assurance specialists, customers, and school leaders.
  • Develop and manage payment plans for families with past-due balances.
  • Work with the Agency Specialists to ensure accurate billing and payment recording.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and issues.


Ad-hoc Projects:

  • Assist with and manage ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience in revenue assurance or billing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to manage accounting figures, calculate, post, and record financial data.
  • Proficiency in operating accounting software and spreadsheets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English.
