Are You Qualified?

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children.  Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more! 

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework or equivalent experience
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Elementary Education Current state credential or paraprofessional certification Preferred
• 1 yr Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center minimum, 2 yrs is preferred
• Warm, patient, and nurturing approach with young children
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning milestones
• Excellent classroom management and organization skills
• Ability to follow established lesson plans and maintain classroom routines
• Creative and engaging teaching style enjoys play-based and hands-on learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, flexible, and professional under varying classroom situations
• Basic computer skills for attendance, documentation, or digital learning tools
