At Endeavor Schools we are changing the world one child at a time. Endeavor Schools is a growing family of private schools committed to creating better education for a better world.

Making a significant, lasting, positive difference in the communities we serve begins and ends with our people. At Endeavor Schools, we are dedicated to partnering with team members who have the passion, skills, experience, and desire to help us strengthen our team and deliver on the promises we make to the families we serve.

The Lead Designer is responsible for bringing our brand to life through compelling, cohesive visual design across digital, print, and web platforms. This role owns the creative execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, develops and maintains brand standards, and creates scalable design systems that support both corporate and school-level needs. The Lead Designer will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver creative assets that uphold brand standards, enhance the consumer journey, and meaningfully increase engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistent use of color, typography, imagery, logos, and design components across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Design high-impact creative assets including paid ads, social content, print collateral, email templates, website layouts, presentations, and other marketing materials that drive engagement and enrollment.
  • Lead end-to-end design projects, from concept through delivery, ensuring high-quality execution, on-time delivery, and alignment with strategic goals and brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Enrollment, Operations, and external agencies, to develop cohesive, innovative campaigns that strengthen brand presence and support community engagement.
  • Develop scalable design solutions, including customizable templates for schools, enabling quick-turn, high-volume content creation while preserving brand consistency.
  • Manage and update website content (WordPress), applying best practices in UX, responsive design, accessibility, SEO-friendly formatting, and digital brand presentation.
  • Produce and edit video content, incorporating motion graphics and light animation to support storytelling and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current on design trends and emerging tools, applying new insights to enhance creativity, improve user experience, and maintain a competitive edge.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in omnichannel marketing or consumer-focused industries.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of digital ad specs and responsive web design.
  • Experience creating scalable design systems and templates; familiarity with healthcare or education marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with WordPress for content updates and basic site maintenance.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and light animation techniques.

Job Competencies

  • Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills.
