The Value Creation Leader (VCL) is a high-impact execution leader responsible for driving critical enterprise value creation initiatives at Endeavor Schools. This role owns the end-to-end execution of 1–2 priority workstreams, translating strategy into measurable operational and financial outcomes. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, the VCL brings structure, pace, and accountability to complex transformation efforts. This individual is responsible for delivering tangible EBITDA impact through disciplined program management, rigorous analytics, and strong cross-functional influence. This role is fundamentally about ownership, execution, and results, ensuring initiatives move from concept to sustained impact.
CORE OBJECTIVES
Workstream Ownership & Execution
- Own and deliver 1–2 high-priority value creation initiatives with full accountability for outcomes
- Translate enterprise strategy into clear workplans, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs
- Build and manage detailed execution roadmaps with defined ownership and timelines
- Drive disciplined follow-through, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues
- Ensure all initiatives are directly tied to measurable financial and operational impact
Execution Discipline & PMO Excellence
- Serve as the operational engine behind assigned initiatives
- Establish and maintain structured governance (cadence, dashboards, action tracking)
- Drive clarity and organization in complex, fast-moving environments
- Maintain high standards of execution — no dropped handoffs, no passive blockers
- Operate with urgency and a strong bias toward action and results
Change Leadership & Organizational Influence
- Lead change across functions through strong stakeholder engagement and influence
- Build trust with leaders and frontline teams to drive adoption and sustain results
- Identify and address organizational or cultural barriers early
- Reinforce accountability and performance management within each initiative
- Escalate critical risks and decisions effectively to executive leadership
Quantitative Insight & Value Tracking
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify value levers
- Translate initiatives into clear EBITDA, growth, or efficiency impact
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance and outcomes
- Deliver concise, data-driven updates to executive leadership
- Ensure focus remains on outcomes, not activity
Executive Communication & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Provide proactive, structured updates on progress, risks, and decisions required
- Bring forward solutions and recommendations, not just issues
- Partner effectively across functions to remove friction and accelerate delivery
- Engage internal and external resources as needed to drive results

EXPERIENCE
- Experience in top-tier consulting, private equity value creation, or operational transformation roles
- Proven track record of executing high-impact, results-driven initiatives
- Strong experience in areas such as operations, commercial strategy, cost optimization, or transformation
- Experience operating in fast-paced, results-oriented environments
- Familiarity with private equity dynamics and performance expectations preferred
- MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
